Jackie Errico began her website development and graphic design career in 2005. She received confirmation of her developing skill set by winning the 2006 Nightfall Concert Series annual design contest for the artwork representing the popular Chattanooga concert series. The contest is entered by many area artists and graphic designers.Jackie's previous work history includes a decade and a half as a sales professional with a strong track record of success and a resume which contains national sales management experience with several large food service firms. She is a proud graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder with a BS in Marketing.
Steve is a seasoned business executive with a diverse education and work experience in small and middle market companies. From 2000 until 2008 he served as COO and CEO for Five Star Food Service, a $145MM food service company operating in 7 States. Prior to that he was President of Custom Food Group, a Dallas Texas based foodservice company he grew from $22MM to $120MM from 1992 until 2000. He held the positions of Controller, VP Finance and VP Human Resources for Southwest Coca-Cola and its predecessor companies from 1985 until 1992 as they grew from a $50MM enterprise to a $200MM company. He holds a BA from Angelo State University and MA from Texas Tech in Psychology and an additional 30 hours of accounting from West Texas A&M University.He joined his wife's web development and graphic design business in 2009 and they rebranded the business as RiverWorks Marketing Group, adding online marketing services to the portfolio. Steve received training from a National Agency Network in online strategies during 2009 and since that time has served as a conference trainer and mentor for new agency owners in the network. He focuses much of his attention on branding, strategy development, project management, copy writing and inbound marketing. He conducts many of the free internet marketing consultations.
Amy joined our company in 2009 and serves as an Account Manager as well as a specialist in social media and email marketing campaigns for key clients. Amy worked for 5 years in Memphis, TN as the Director of Communications for a large insurance agency. She gained experience managing the public relations, advertising and marketing efforts and developed new and innovative ideas to promote the insurance agency's services. She also served as the Director of the Lipscomb & Pitts Breakfast Club, a business development organization, where she planned and executed successful high-level networking events and recruited member organizations to join.
David joined the Riverworks Marketing team as a web designer and developer in 2011. He is responsible for developing comprehensive design solutions that serve clients' specific communication needs. David's design philosophy is heavily based around the idea that design should communicate, not decorate. He believes every design element within a project should have a distinct purpose in communicating a very defined message.
Tiffany joined the Riverworks Marketing Team in 2012. She is a recent graduate of The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a BS in Business Marketing. Before coming to us, she worked for a local event planning company orchestrating personal and corporate special events.
Sia joined the team in August 2012 as a business development specialist. Her background is in radio marketing, sales and promotions. Sia hails from the beautiful North Georgia Mountains region of Union and Towns County. She moved to Chattanooga in the summer of 2011 and is enjoying getting to know this amazing city and all it has to offer.
Meghan joined the Riverworks Marketing team as a copywriter in 2012. She works with clients to develop and write content that achieves the ideal tone and voice for their brand. Whether she is writing for marketing websites, blogs, or social media, Meghan's writing sensibilities are informed by the variety of her past experience. She graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2010 with two BA's in English and History, where she presented at numerous academic conferences and worked as a writing tutor.
