Designer / Developer
A problem solver at heart, Jimmey loves working with code and considers it an art medium he can shape into whatever he wants. He enjoys the challenge of simplifying things and says web development satisfies his need to know how things work so he can improve them. After graduating in 2001 from Marshall University, he did an internship in Slovakia, designing print materials and teaching English. He then worked for several years at a marketing company in Norfolk, VA where he focused his attention on designing for the web and exploring innovative ways to build websites. Jimmey enjoys spending time with his wife and children. He also loves playing guitar and fiddle, plus printmaking. Another bonus to having him on staff: The man knows how to cook!

As a sophomore at the University of Memphis, Kevin sold his first 100k+ independent software product— and the rest is history! With 12 years of professional experience, including work with international banks, the music industry, and non-profit organizations, Kevin is more than proficient with every major coding language and content management system. He even built software for Deutsche Bank that, 7 years later, is still being used worldwide. So we think that makes Kevin more than qualified for the title “back-end web guru”. He keeps Riverwork’s hundreds of websites up-to-date, secure from hackers, and glitch free. When Kevin isn’t saving the day behind the scenes, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, cooking and hiking.

Our MascotCan't forget the Riverwork's mascot, Bernie!
Jackie and Steve gave a loving home to this tender-hearted pup just as a certain senator from Vermont was becoming popular in the 2016 presidential race. We don’t know our Bernie’s views on politics, but he sure makes our workplace a little happier with his gentle nudges for affection.
